2. How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve Zorvenaq, including to:
- create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
- verify professional profiles and support structured talent matching;
- enable applications, interviews, contracts, messaging, workspaces, milestones, reviews, payments, and dispute workflows;

- send transactional, security, and service communications;
- monitor performance, investigate errors, maintain audit trails, and improve product quality;

3. Legal bases
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal information when necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as platform security and fraud prevention, or based on consent where consent is required.
5. Payments
Zorvenaq may operate an internal USD Wallet with manually verified deposit and withdrawal methods that are disclosed in the product, including Sham Cash USD and USDT TRC20 when enabled. External transfer providers process their own account or blockchain information under their terms. Zorvenaq retains transaction identifiers, verification evidence, status, amounts, escrow, ledger, withdrawal, and audit records needed to operate contracts and payments. Historical Stripe Test Mode records may remain available as read-only legacy history and are not converted into Wallet balance.
6. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, row-level authorization, authentication safeguards, rate limiting, anti-abuse controls, encrypted transport, security monitoring, and audit logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and use available account-security features.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods may differ by data category and applicable law.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions.
9. International data transfers
Zorvenaq and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
Zorvenaq is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children. Users must meet the minimum age required to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction and, in all cases, must be at least 18 years old unless applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, legal requirements, or our practices change. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
